How to Place an Order
Ordering is a simple process. You may email me with your order along with your name,
address, city, state, zip, phone number and credit card (Visa or MasterCard) information
along with the expiration date and name on the credit card.
Or.... I can email you an invoice
which will link you to a secure server which will allow you to pay
online yourself!
You may phone
me at (352) 860-1017 and give me your order and information. Or............
You may download the order form and either fax
your order (credit card orders only, fax number is on the
order form) or mail
the order form along with your payment to Steel of the
Night, Inc.
12747 S. Betty Pt. Floral City, FL 34436. Before you view or
attempt to print the order form you must be sure to have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader
installed on your computer. You may obtain a freely available copy, no strings
attached copy from Adobe's
web site. Once you have the Acrobat Reader, just click the form
"order.pdf" and it will open so you can print it. Simple as that.
DEPOSIT:
If you wish, you may make a 50% deposit (unless other arrangements have been
made) on the larger drum orders at the time of ordering with the balance being due upon
shipping.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
Most large drum order cost $40.00 - $50.00 per drum. (Call for Bass,
Cellos and Tenor Bass shipping charges) Small drums (12")
$15.00 for the single drum and $17.00 for the 12" double set. Compact Disc
shipping is $6.00 for the 1st item and $.50 each additional. For out of the
Continental United States shipping estimates, please email me with your information.

AN EXTRA NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING

At the time your order is placed, you will be given an estimate
of shipping charges. This is only an estimate. Your actual
shipping charge may be higher than quoted. This is due to the rising
cost of fuel and surcharges implied from the shipping companies. When
this happens, you will receive an additional charge to your credit card.
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT:
, not an automated
process. Rushing your order can
be bad for the quality of your pan(s). Orders received will be processed in the
order of which they come in. You will need to check with me at time of ordering to determine
the approximate shipping date as this changes from day to day depending upon our work
load. Chroming your pan(s) will add an additional time for delivery.
We DO NOT operate our own chrome shop. The finished drums will be sent
out to the chrome shop for chroming and we have
no control over this process.
Chroming is not warranted by Steel of the Night, Inc. Any drums that
have been chromed cannot be returned for refund.
Steel of the Night, Inc. does everything in it's power to make certain your
pans are of the up most quality. We cannot guarantee this on pans that
deviates from our regular patterns.
